After spending Friday night sleeping in the labyrinth, getting to crash in his bed last night had almost been a treat for Jason. He hadn't bothered setting an alarm for this morning, figuring that after dealing with groping hands and violent goblins he deserved to sleep in a little, so he hadn't been awake all that long even though the morning had long since passed. When he'd woken up, he'd found that fighting his way out with the others was finally taking its toll, and he was scratched up and sore enough that just staying in bed for a little while longer seemed like a great idea.

The hair pulling earned Nico another groan from Jason, and he pulled back from the kiss before he could stop himself to lean into the grip. "Nico, god," he murmured with a sigh.

Nico smoothed his hand through Jason's hair, breath coming heavily. "Demigod," he corrected with a chuckle.

"Oh shut up," Jason teased, putting his hands back on Nico's chest to rest them there. "You're lucky I remembered how to talk."

"Mm, near speechlessness is a good sign," Nico told him, wrapping his arms around Jason's back to try pulling him closer to his chest. "I'll see if I can't make it happen next time."

"I might hold you to that," Jason said as he settled in against Nico's body. Really though, the fact that Nico even wanted to try was good enough for him.
