The one downside to Bruce knowing exactly what day it was in Fandom was that he was completely aware that Jason was going back before he needed to. There was a whole week of break left - almost another month in Gotham - and Jason easily could have stayed. But the truth was, he missed the island. He missed his friends, and just as much, he missed the independence he had here. He loved being Robin, there was no denying that, but sometimes, going back to following someone else's rules was hard, especially when that someone was Bruce Wayne.

After agreeing that he'd come home to Gotham again within the next few weeks, Bruce had agreed to let Jason head back to Fandom. He didn't have that much to pack - most of his Christmas presents had come in the form of clothes and money to buy modern things on the island - so that meant that when he got back to his room, he threw his bag down without bothering to unpack it. There'd be time for that later, and right now, he wanted to see if there was a position he could find on his bed that wouldn't make his latest set of bruises ache. If there was one thing that could be said about Fandom, at least he didn't get beaten up here as often.

Looking at Nico was intense, but Jason managed to look up and meet his eyes again. "Is that better?" he asked. "I'm not really used to people looking at me like you are."

It was amazing how quickly Nico found himself glancing away at that remark, knowing how his eyes could freak people out. "Would you rather me not?"

"Oh, no," Jason said quickly, shaking his head. "You look at me like--like you want me. That's--it's hot."

"Which should make sense given I do want you," Nico replied, his stare much less intense when he looked back this time. "But I don't wanna freak you out. You just got back and I haven't even gotten to try anything new."

Right, because saying that couldn't possibly freak anyone out.

"I'm not freaked out. Yeah, I just got back, but it's not like I haven't spent the past month thinking about you," Jason said, tilting his head a little. "What do you mean you haven't gotten to try anything yet?"

Hearing Jason had thought of him at all while he was gone built up Nico's confidence to the point where he felt he could answer Jason's question without turning beet red. "I did a little accidental research while you were gone," he said, cheeks just starting to heat up. "Luke kinda has a big video collection on his computer."

"Video collection?" Jason asked. Then he noticed the color of Nico's cheeks, and a little lightbulb went off for him. "You mean dirty videos?"

"Uh huh," Nico nodded, trying to keep his eyes from getting too intense. "I didn't mean to but then...you know." Or he hoped Jason did.

"It's kind of hard not to look at that stuff if it's right in front of you," Jason said. At least, that's what he assumed Nico was getting at, and he didn't want him to feel bad.

"Exactly," he agreed, sliding his hand carefully over Jason's chest. "Anyway, it gave me some ideas, if you were interested in trying different stuff."

Jason grinned even more as he sat up and leaned against Nico's hand. "Oh yeah? What kind of stuff?" He was beyond intrigued at what kind of ideas Nico might have gotten.

There were three possible scenarios as far as Nico saw it. Jason would either laugh, kick him out, or be totally into the things he described. Nico initially wasn't sure he was ready to find out which of these actually happened when he opened his mouth.

But there was Jason, looking eager and far too attractive and Nico just started blathering. "Well, there are a whole lot of other ways to try what we've already done. Some of them involving, you know, ties and sturdy posts. But then there's the stuff we haven't done, but a lot of that is better for show than tell I think."

In retrospect, Jason probably should have realized that someone from the Underworld might just be a little dirtier than the average person. Still, hearing things like "ties" and "posts" coming out of Nico's mouth was a surprise - a really good surprise that sent a little shiver through Jason, and he couldn't stop himself from leaning closer. "So show me then," he said. "I want to know what you like."

Now that was a positive reaction. "Yeah?" A wicked smile spread across Nico's face. "First, I'm gonna kiss you till I can't breathe. Second, we're gonna have to get you out of those pants."

Was Jason supposed to be able to think when Nico said things like that? Because he was having some difficulties at the moment. "Do you want my pants off first?" he asked, already moving to do just that.

"I'm not saying no to anything," Nico told him. And really, if Jason was going to be all hot and start taking off his pants, Nico could take ten seconds to do the same, distracted as he might be by Jason's movements. "Especially if it involves you naked."

"I have to remember that me getting naked makes you get naked too," Jason said, watching Nico once he was done with his own clothes.

"Did you want me to keep my clothes on?" Nico asked, dropping his underwear to the floor in a move that spoke of just how too late it was for Jason to want that.

Jason shook his head quickly as looked Nico up and down. "That's pretty much never what I want," he said.

As far as Nico was concerned, Jason could look at him all day. "So get over here," he said, sitting back on the bed, fulling intending on maneuvering Jason to straddle his lap.

Jason didn't waste any time before straddling Nico and putting his hands on Nico's shoulders to keep himself steady. "Is this what you had in mind?" he asked.

"I just wanted you close enough to kiss," Nico admitted, leaning in to remind Jason how good the kissing part could be. Sure he was dying to get Jason to tie him up and have his way with him, but he could give the guy a few minutes to get used to touching him first.

Jason had no problem with kissing Nico. Nico was really good at it as far as he was concerned, and it was the kind of intimate contact that made Jason feel hot all over. Nico had said something about being kissed until he couldn't breathe, and Jason was curious about how long he could get to kiss him before that happened.

He could kiss for a while, sliding his tongue along Jason's lip to open him up. Beyond that, Nico couldn't get over how good it felt to have Jason right where he could get his hands on skin and slowly touch him all over.

Jason leaned in closer when he opened his mouth for Nico and kissed him harder, and he slipped one of his hands into Nico's hair to try to keep him right where he wanted him. If he squirmed on Nico's lap at how he was being touched, it was an unavoidable reaction to how good he was feeling.
