Room 507, Saturday Evening

Jason and Nico had had every intention of going on an actual date tonight. At least, that had been the plan until their evening out had been cut short by an angry waiter who didn't understand that people had offerings of food to make, and that the fire hadn't been that big, and the napkins they'd used to snuff the flames were already were already frayed so they would have had to throw them out anyway.

The new plan involved pizza and the safety of Jason's room, which Jason decided should have been their plan all along. "I didn't even want to go to Outback, to be honest. Nothing on the menu looked as good as pizza," he said, trying to make Nico feel better as they sat down on his bed.

"Shh, I'm supposed to be a good liar," Nico added, grinning at the way Jason blushed. He liked that he could do that.

"You are a good liar. All you had to do was say you wanted a kiss," Jason pointed out, looking down at his pizza to try to stop blushing.

"Yeah, but my way was more fun and I got to trick you just a little." And in an innocent manner. "Besides, I always want to kiss you. This is nothing new."

That was enough of a cue for Jason to lean back in and kiss Nico gently and slowly, not caring that his pizza was getting a little cold. It was worth it to get to kiss him when he knew Nico wanted it.

If there was one thing Jason Todd did well, it was surprise the hell out of Nico. While the idea of another kiss was no surprise, the way Jason went about it made Nico feel weak and a little light-headed. Screw the pizza.

When Nico didn't pull away, Jason started kissing him harder, setting his pizza down and hoping it went in the box as he leaned in towards Nico even more.

Much as he hated missing out on cheese fries, Nico was pretty sure getting to pause dinner for a really good, lingering kiss made up for that entire mess. He wiped his hand on his jeans before sliding it up into Jason's hair with just the slightest tug. All good kisses deserved a little repayment.

Jason moaned at the tug and tried to deepen the kiss without even needing to think about it. Getting his hair pulled deserved repayment too, and Jason wiped his hand off on his jeans so he could press it against Nico's chest.

Jason was so considerate not to get grease all over Nico's shirt, even if Nico would not have minded in the least. He leaned into that hand, moaning at the feel of Jason's tongue and the not unpleasant taste of pepperoni.

Nico's moan was encouraging enough to get Jason to start nibbling at his lips. He was tempted to crawl on top of Nico's lap, but he didn't want to get their dinner everywhere in the process, and for the moment, just getting to kiss him was awfully nice.

Thanks to that nice hold he had with his fingers tangled in Jason's hair, Nico pulled back just enough to smile and tease in low tones a response to the nipping. "Still hungry?"

"Um, not really," Jason said. Sure, he could eat, but it didn't seem like a high priority at the moment. "Are you?"

"Not for pizza," Nico told him. He liked having a point to pausing. Of course, he still leaned in to try and kiss Jason again.

Jason grinned and kissed Nico back, harder this time as he nearly leaned on top of him. Pausing to make sure they were on the same page was good, but getting kissed was better.

Hey, he wouldn't want to deny Jason food since that would be cruel. Nico also wouldn't deny him kisses and he reached his free hand to Jason's side, trying to pull him closer. He saw no need to hide how much he wanted Jason.

Jason didn't mind knowing how much he was wanted at all, and Nico's hand on him was all the encouragement Jason needed to climb on top of Nico's lap and straddle him, cupping Nico's face in his hands so he could kiss him more.

Being wanted should never be in question for Jason while Nico was around. Nico shifted his grip on Jason's hair, tugging gently and sliding his other hand along his waist. The way he'd climbed right on and pressed close thrilled Nico immensely.

Jason gasped at the tug, and slipped one hand back into Nico's hair in return. He knew that Nico liked this as much as he did, so it only seemed fair to tug on his hair as well, hoping to make Nico moan.

Gods was that an unfair use of knowledge, making Nico moan against his lips without really having to try hard. Nico nipped at Jason's lip in response, keeping himself from moaning any embarrassing words.

As much as Jason wanted to just keep kissing Nico all night, he wanted to hear that moan better, so he pulled away from Nico and tugged on his hair again, harder this time.

Nico barely had time to gasp at the loss of Jason's lips when he felt that tug on his hair, just making his moan a little more desperate than before, if not louder.

Not that Nico approved of Jason's methods, denying him kissing like that. So cruel!

"God, I love the way you sound when I do that," Jason murmured, leaning in to teasingly brush his lips over Nico's. "It's crazy to know I can make you sound so good."

"You have a gift for it," Nico answered, lips struggling to make contact. "Terrible abuse of power." And boy did Jason have power over him.

"How is it an abuse of power to make you feel good?" Jason asked, tugging on Nico's hair again to pull his head back a little and expose his neck, which Jason immediately attacked with lingering kisses.

Nico thought that was really self-evident as he closed his eyes and sighed contentedly at Jason's attack. "Gods, Jay, like I can think when you do that," Nico murmured, his hands giving up on doing much more than slipping under the back of Jason's shirt.
